Off-Campus Life’s Home Buyer’s Class is taught online via Zoom in 3 sessions over 3 weeks, Tuesday nights, 6:00pm-8:30pm.

- How to talk with a lender, inspector and realtor
- Appraisals and inspections
- Conventional, FHA, VA and other financing and down payment information
- Credit ratings and credit scoring
- Answering your questions regarding real estate
- From start to finish, the process of buying your home
Class sizes are usually small allowing for a more personalized experience.
No high-pressure sales tactics, just information to help you get started in buying real estate.
