Lindsay, Director, she/her/hers
Lindsay is a first-generation college student and a proud alumna of Colorado State University. She came to the university as a graduate student in 2011 and joined the Off-Campus Life team in 2013. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University San Marcos, a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from CSU, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado. She serves on leadership boards supporting commuter students and safe ride programs nationally. Lindsay loves soccer, woodworking, cooking, reading, stand-up comedy, sitcoms, and spending time outside with her two pups, Neville and Luna, and partner, Jason.
John, Associate Director, he/him/his
A native Midwesterner, John has been working in student housing going all the way back to becoming an RA in the classic era of the 1990s. Ever since, John and family worked and lived at a variety of campuses until landing at CSU in 2010. One clue of John’s travels and a nifty bit of family trivia is having three kids born in three different time zones (Eastern, Central, and Mountain). Out of the office, John spends a lot of time tending to the household animals, watching Premier League football, and joining occasional family adventures.
Nancy, Office Manager, she/her/ella
Nancy became an honorary Ram when she joined Off-Campus Life in July 2009. As OCL’s Office Manager, she enjoys trying to help everyone else stay organized. Along with the ongoing operations, she supports big events like the Ram Welcome, Fall Cleanup, and the Housing Fair. Her move to Colorado (after a year-long RV trip around the country with her family) fulfilled her life-long dream of living somewhere where she could wear sweaters and shovel snow. While she misses visiting her alma mater for burritos and football games (Go Gators!), she loves being involved in CSU and the ever-changing college atmosphere. Nancy has a Political Science undergrad, a master’s in Musicology, and a Paralegal Certificate – so if you’re looking for the ultimate Trivial Pursuit partner let her know.

Erica, Marketing and Communications Specialist, she/her/Ella
Erica is a designer and marketing communications specialist passionate about creating thoughtful, community-centered work that connects people through storytelling and design. Her creative practice is rooted in advocacy, environmental stewardship, and the creation of meaningful experiences through visual communication. At CSU Off-Campus Life, she develops marketing campaigns, branding, and outreach materials that support student engagement and strengthen connections between campus and community. Outside of work, Erica draws inspiration from yoga, music, and time spent outdoors.
Peyton, RamRide Student Program Coordinator, she/her/hers
Peyton is a 4th-year student studying Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and participates in Air Force ROTC. Her hobbies are cooking, baking, and hanging out with friends.
Audrey, Neighborhood Liaison & Graduate Assistant, she/her/hers
Audrey is a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program in the Human Development and Family Studies department. Previously, she attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C., earning her undergrad in Psychology & Criminal Justice. Audrey works on Party Registration, Life in Fort Collins workshops, and assists with other community programming. Outside of work and school, Audrey enjoys caring for her plants, reading or watching thrillers, and experimenting with new recipes.

Zawadi
Student Coordinator

Zawadi is a Swahili name that translates to Gift. Zawadi is a Biochemistry major and will be beginning her Junior year in the fall. She hopes to have a career in community health and specialize in infectious diseases. She enjoys baking, reading, and music. Her favorite animal is cats.

Graphic Designer

Anna is a 4th year Graphic/Electronic Art major here at CSU. She transferred to CSU her sophomore year. She loves her cat and enjoys meeting all sorts of animals when she can. In her free time, she loves to play video games, take care of her plants and explore anywhere and everywhere with her friends when she gets the chance. She loves all things animated and can talk your ear off about her latest favorite show or movie if you let her.

Arely is a first-generation student currently in her fourth year at CSU, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She enjoys going to the gym and going on runs in her free time. She has also been doing acrylic nails as a creative hobby since 2020.

Kacy is a Business Administration major with concentrations in Finance and Supply Chain Management. She enjoys going out in nature and trying new things. Some of her favorites in the past year has been trying scuba diving and skydiving!

Aiyana is a fourth year Forest and Rangeland Stewardship major with a concentration in Forest Fire Science as well as a cadet in the Air Force ROTC program. She loves anything that can get her adrenaline pumping and is always looking for the fun in things.

Bella is entering her junior year and is studying Accounting and CIS. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Pi. Outside of school, Bella enjoys hiking and reading.

Lily has a passion for illustration and loves using visual storytelling in my creative work. Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding and finding any excuse to spend time outdoors. Her favorite color is green, and her favorite animals are frogs.

Gabriella is a student at CSU studying Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies and is an Air Force ROTC cadet. Outside of school and work, she loves reading, camping in national parks, and paddleboarding, and she enjoys the benefits of running (not to be confused with liking running).
