Homecoming Housing Tour 2023

Off-Campus Life is excited to announce the lineup for 2023’s Homecoming Housing Tour! This tour is an opportunity for students, parents, and families to explore off-campus living options and prepare for housing for the coming year. 5 CSU vans transport participants to sponsoring student housing properties that are our Good Neighbor Program participants to familiarize you with Fort Collins and your off-campus living options. Get a jump start on housing for the next year and make an informed choice for your student!

This tour is an opportunity for parents and families to explore the Fort Collins area around campus, familiarize themselves with their off-campus living options for the coming year, and meet with CSU support staff to learn about resources available for students.

The Homecoming Housing Tour will be taking place on Friday, October 13th, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Vans will pick up participants from the Lory Student Center North Parking Lot every 15 minutes to 5 local student housing complexes. Participants can choose to spend as much or as little time at each stop. Best of all, participants on this tour ride for free. Families and children are welcome.

What is a Good Neighbor?

The Good Neighbor Program is a project developed by the Off-Campus Life Office of Colorado State University in partnership with the City of Fort Collins, Colorado State University, and individual property management groups. The program serves to provide more education to CSU students in the housing process, provide accountability for equitable and fair leasing practices, and facilitate communication between property managers and their tenants.

This year, our Homecoming Housing Tour is a Good Neighbor exclusive event, meaning all properties visited on this tour have committed to positive off-campus living experiences for CSU students.
