Need to get tested? The CSU Health Network is holding discounted STI tests for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia until Friday, April 14th at the end of the business day. The cost for these tests will only be $20, whereas it is regularly $190, so make sure to take advantage of this opportunity!

Although STIs affect people all of ages, younger people from the ages of 15 to 24 are disproportionately affected by STIs nationally. Almost half of all new infections in 2018 were from people in this age group, which is why the campaign, “Get Yourself Tested” is encouraging students like you to get tested to protect the wellness of yourself and your partners.

Also, there is no need to worry about eligibility or confidentiality. Any CSU student that pays for health fees is eligible to receive this discount, and your test results will only be disclosed to you. Just make sure to make an appointment beforehand by calling (970) 491-7121.

More information about this program can be found on the CSU Health Network’s website: https://health.colostate.edu/gyt/ or you can contact Gwen Sieving for more information about the “Get Yourself Tested” campaign at (970) 491-3084 or giov@colostate.edu. Feel free to take advantage of the discount while you can and remember to keep it cute and protect your fruit!
