New Housing Fair Date
Spring 2027 Housing Fair – February 17th, 2027
This event will be in-person. It will allow students who are still looking for housing to connect with property managers who still have vacancies.
This event will be open to all property managers, CSU offices, City departments, and community resources.
This Housing Fair will complement other housing events hosted by Off-Campus Life, including the Homecoming Housing Tour, Roommate Meet & Matches, and our Homebuyer’s Class, and year-round support through RentalSearch, our Apartment Complex List and Property Management List, and the Good Neighbor Program.
More information about the event, including registration dates, will be sent out soon.
The Housing Fair brings together property management companies, landlords, realtors, other community resources, and Colorado State University offices to inform students about their housing options and how to successfully live off campus. In turn, it provides vendors with an excellent opportunity to tell students about their services.
