Floor plans
The Standard at Fort Collins offers 23 different floor plans, ranging from Studios to 5-Bedroom apartments, providing a perfect fit for everyone. Each floor plan comes fully furnished and includes a 55-inch television in each living room. Looking for an upgrade? Our premium units also come fully furnished but include the special features of a 65-inch TV in the living room, a pool table, and 32-inch TVs for each individual room. Alongside these features, our community provides both shared and private bathroom options and utilizes RoomSync, a roommate matching program so you can match with your desired roommates according to your living preferences!
Amenities
Just steps from your apartment, The Standard offers a variety of high end amenities including: a rooftop pool and hot tubs overlooking Canvas stadium, a rooftop clubhouse, 24-hour shared and private study rooms, a 24-hour state of the art fitness center, a stand up tanning bed, a computer lab with 24-hour printing, two outward facing courtyards and two interior courtyards with hammocks, a ping pong table, and outdoor grills.
Resident Events
Fostering a sense of community through regular resident events is one our top priorities! The Standard at Fort Collins offers regular monthly resident events to create a feeling of community both among residents and with our team! These events are held in different amenities within the community, and amplify an atmosphere defined by a combination of philanthropy, academics, wellness, and social characteristics. Our team is devoted to making residents feel at home and hosts these events to stay connected to our valued residents! These events range from breakfast provided on the way to class to keynote speakers to package and hot chocolate drop offs!
