Holiday Lights this Festive FoCo Season

It’s that magical time of the year when Fort Collins comes to life with twinkling lights. This holiday season, you can find lit up displays all over town! We’ve put together a collective list of these light locations.

Old Town Lights

Starting in early November and lasting until halfway through February, Old Town Fort Collins is covered in festive lights and decorations. While driving down college, you can see the trees and buildings wrapped in luster. There is also a giant blue LED holiday tree by the First Presbytarian Church featuring 25,000 pixel lights programmed with visual effects and an array of colors.

Community Botanic Garden

The gardens feature a half-mile walking trail fully decorated with holiday lights. Light displays include flowers, butterflies and other creatures. The Color Blossom Show is the highlight of the Great Lawn, with 700 lighted blossoms. This occurs from 5 to 9 p.m. from Dec. 10 through Dec. 26. Prices range from children to adult tickets.

Winter Wonderland

At 4927 County Rd. 36, a grand light show can be witnessed from Nov. 25 through Dec. 25. This location features a mile-long trail with various light sculptures. Additional elements include Santa visits and hot chocolate. The hours for the display are 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
