Location
The Cottages of Fort Collins is a student housing community serving Colorado State University, in a convenient location, just minutes from campus. The Cottages is near Old Town, where there are many shops, restaurants, and activities. The Cottages is also a quick 5-minute walk away from the local breweries such as Snowbank Brewing, Odell Brewing Company, and Sweet Water Brewing Company.
Townhome Features
The Cottages offers two different floor plans, 4 bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome, or a 5 bedroom, 5-bathroom townhome that will both feel like your home away from home. Say goodbye to communal bathrooms and hello to your own private en-suite bathroom in every bedroom. The townhome also features walk-in closets for each bedroom.
Both floorplans include an in-unit washer and dryer, and stainless-steel appliances. There is the add-on option of having the townhome fully furnished or a private balcony. The Cottages also offer roommate matching to residents regarding their personal preferences.
Amenities
Enjoy a spacious, cottage-style residence in a neighborhood setting designed around the way you want to live. The Cottages offer a full set of amenities, including a resort-style pool, spa and steam rooms, fitness center and study lounge – with shuttle service to the CSU campus.
Resident Events
Students need fun along with their studies. The Cottages offers resident events throughout the year to create a sense of community among residents. These events are usually held in the Cottages clubhouse that features a closet full of board games, a pool table, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table. Resident events include late night foodie calls, a succulent bar, taco bars, self-care bars, and much more.
Pet Friendly Community
The Cottages is a pet friendly community. We welcome furry friends! They offer pet amenities such as a dog park and dog washing station on property. The Cottages had a downright fee for pets and does not charge pet rent.
