CampusCribz: This site functions as a one stop shop for all student off campus housing needs. We let student search for a place to live, look for roommates, schedule appointments, set up alters to see when a house matching the criteria students are looking for is available.
Cribspot: Cribspot is a housing search site made by students for students, and features search filters for pet allowance and rental versus sublet.  
Estately.com has direct contacts with local MLSes (multiple listing services) and the same data that realtors use. They update one million-plus homes every fifteen minutes, and full screen pictures let you see what you're reading about before you go see it.
